All payments made for HireReady subscription plans are processed securely and grant immediate access to premium digital services.
As our services are digital and are activated immediately upon successful payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

If you experience any technical issue preventing access to premium features, please contact our support team. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue before considering a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
For first-time subscribers, HireReady offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. To remain eligible, you must request the refund within 7 days of purchase and have used no more than one premium interview or equivalent premium feature.
