By accessing or using HireReady ("the Platform"), available at hire-ready.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
HireReady is an AI-powered interview coaching and employability platform that provides mock interviews, coding practice, assessments, psychometric tests, resume tools, and recruiter discovery features for students and professionals.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) share your account credentials; (e) scrape or data-mine the Platform.
All content, AI models, branding, and materials on HireReady are owned by us. You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, code submissions) but grant us a license to process it for service delivery.
Interview feedback, scores, and recommendations are generated by AI and are for guidance purposes only. We do not guarantee employment outcomes based on scores or certifications provided by the Platform.
HR users may access candidate profiles and scores. Candidate data is shared only with their consent. Recruiters agree to use candidate information solely for legitimate hiring purposes.
HireReady is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
